I recently purchased my first Chanel bag from Siopaella and honestly couldn’t have had a more positive and exciting experience. Buying a Chanel definitely wasn’t on my agenda that day, but after walking past the shop and seeing the stunning selection they had, I had to go in for a look. Over an hour later, after deliberating over several options and making absolutely sure it wasn’t an impulse purchase, I left with the most beautiful classic Chanel bag! Ella was so incredibly kind, patient and helpful throughout. She never once made me feel rushed and genuinely helped me work through the different options until I felt completely confident in my decision. For such a significant purchase, that made the whole experience feel really special and reassuring. I’m absolutely thrilled with my bag. It’s timeless, classic and something I know I’ll have for years. Ella also reassured me that if I ever did decide to part with it in the future, Siopaella would always be happy to buy it back, which was lovely to know.
