Republic of Ireland
Flat rate €16 via DHL Express for all domestic orders.
Orders placed before noon are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after noon are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery is Monday to Friday. A signature is required at the time of delivery, so please ensure someone is available at your address.
An invoice will be emailed to you after your purchase is processed.
02 — International
International Orders
We do not accept international orders placed directly through the website. International purchases are still possible, however payment is by bank transfer only — we cannot accept card payments for international orders.
If you are based outside Ireland and would like to purchase an item, please contact us via WhatsApp at 089 617 0937 or email info@siopaella.com to enquire. We'll provide full payment and shipping details.
International deliveries typically arrive within 3–10 business days. An additional insurance fee of €10 per €1,000 of item value applies to all international shipments.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. UK customers should be aware that VAT may be applicable on goods imported from Ireland post-Brexit. Siopaella cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Notify Us First
Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item to initiate a return. Reach us via WhatsApp, email, or social media — we'll guide you through the next steps.
14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item. Items received outside this window will not be accepted for return.
Item Condition
Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags still attached. The original receipt must be included.
Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked, insured service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Your Refund
Once we've received and inspected the returned item, refunds are processed minus any original shipping and handling fees. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear.
Exclusions
All in-store purchases are final sale. Orders placed from outside the EU are non-returnable. Items purchased during sale events may not be eligible for return.
Important: Items returned with evidence of use, damage, scent (perfume, cigarette smoke, or cooking odours), or missing tags will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. Please package returns carefully to avoid damage in transit.
Deductions from refunds: Please note that shipping & handling/restocking charges (even if they were not initially charged during the purchase), including credit card processing fees, will be deducted from the refund. Card processing fees vary according to the card used.
For example: €16 shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, if there were card processing fees of 1.7% + €0.25 per transaction — €20.40 (being 1.7% of €1,000) + €0.25 (transaction fee) + VAT of €4.86 (being 23.5% of €20.65) will also be deducted from your refund.
Please note that all transaction and website handling fees charged by Shopify (our payment gateway provider) are strictly non-refundable. This applies in all cases, including where the order is cancelled, not completed, or not fulfilled.

We cannot accept returns that are —
- —Worn, used, or show signs of damage
- —Missing original tags or packaging
- —Returned without the original receipt
- —Notified more than 24 hours after delivery
- —Returned after the 14-day window has passed
- —Carrying perfume, cigarette, or cooking odours
- —In-store purchases, or orders from outside the EU

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal for online orders. For high-value or international orders, bank transfer may be required.
Please Note
Payment Processing
Revolut is not currently accepted as a payment method. Shopify payment processing fees are non-refundable in all circumstances, including in the case of a return.

01How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before noon Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after noon, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
02Do you offer free delivery?
Delivery within Ireland is a flat rate of €16 via DHL Express. We don't currently offer free shipping, but we do ensure every item is carefully packaged and fully insured for its journey.
03Can I return an item I bought in-store?
All in-store purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Our team is always on hand in-store to help you find the right piece before you commit.
04I'm outside the EU — can I return my order?
Unfortunately, orders placed from outside the European Union are non-returnable. If you have questions about an item before purchasing, please reach out via WhatsApp and we can provide additional photos or details.
05How long does a refund take?
Once we've received and inspected your return, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account. Refunds are issued minus original shipping and handling fees.
06Who pays for return shipping?
The cost of returning an item is the customer's responsibility. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept liability for returns lost or damaged in transit.
