Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

-Styling customers in store, and providing customers with the best customer service possible

-Greeting and interacting with customers in a friendly manner

-Keeping store immaculate which includes visual merchandising, tidying clothing rails, and keeping designer bags well presented

-Do daily chores, and assist in keeping stores clean and organized,this includes hoovering, dusting, windows and yes - cleaning toilets and kitchens as required

-Researching national and international fashion brands carried by Siopaella to ensure correct advice and knowledge is passed to customers

-Assisting in buying merchandise from customers / consignors both in store and at customers’ homes

-Preparing stock items for the shop floor as well as tagging, pricing and steaming merchandise as required

-Assisting with social media tasks as required which include snapchat, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram and YouTube

-Keeping up to date with key fashion trends

-Keeping up to date and researching current high street and luxury store brands and respective prices

Requirements:

-Must be friendly, approachable and have an outgoing personality, have extensive experience in styling customers in-store and providing friendly, honest and sincere advice

-Be detail oriented, precise and organized - because nothing is ever where we put it

-Ability to multitask in a fast moving environment and learn quickly - if you like structured work environments whereby everyday is the same then this job is not for you

-Thrive in a busy environment - our four stores are extremely busy

-We are looking for a committed individual who is wanting to grow with our consistently expanding company

-Min of 5 years of luxury / high street retail sales experience within women’s fashion and accessories or the equivalent in experience

-Knowledge of major national and international fashion brands including luxury retailers

-Interest in social media and photography and be comfortable with selfies and snapchatting

-Bonus if you've worked at multi-brand organizations such as Harvey Nichols, Brown Thomas, Urban Outfitters, Arnotts or TK Maxx

-Sincere love of working with people and providing the best customer service experience possible

-Must be available BOTH Saturdays and Sundays and occasional late evenings - our business is open 7 days a week so if you like weekends off then this is not for you

Stylist / Consignment Assistant - Full time

We are looking for unsigned girls that are at least 5’5″ or above and guys at 5’11” or above. You will gain experience in all aspects of the business, from learning about buying, styling photoshoots, assisting with our social media campaigns, helping customers and visual merchandising. Digital Marketing and Social Media Executive

Are you an experienced Digital Marketing Executive who would like the opportunity to work with one of Ireland’s largest designer consignment retail companies?

At Siopaella, our world of Digital is ever expanding, becoming more complex and challenging. As an award winning retail company, established in 2011, we specialize in buying, selling and trading luxury pre-loved designer accessories and handbags.

The Digital Marketing and Social Media Executive will be instrumental in devising, creating and executing innovative and strategic initiatives that drive brand awareness, seller & buyer acquisition targets and sales revenue at a global scale. You will partner across the organisation, to ensure that these initiatives meet our strategic objectives and ensure a consistent vision of Siopaella across all markets.

Essential skills

We are looking for a candidate who has in-depth knowledge and prior experience of Search Engine Marketing (PPC), Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, and Content Marketing
The candidate must have at least 4 years PPC practical experience
5+ years of digital marketing experience ideally in online fashion retail
Preferred applicants will have a 3rd level degree in marketing / advertising / communication studies / business administration
This candidate must have organic and paid social media experience across social media platforms and must be a lateral thinker in terms of creating and generating revenue through a range of online marketing activities
Be fluent in Email & CRM technology, especially Mailchimp, and have shown the ability to implement it
Experience and awareness of goals, conversion targets & business metrics
Knowledge of the following tools and platforms is a requirement: Facebook Ads Manager, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Content Management Systems
Knowledge of Affiliate Marketing and Online media buying and planning is a huge plus. You will need the ability to organise key objectives by interpreting and influencing both externally with clients and internally with the design and development teams.
Knowledge on ever changing advertising/marketing trends and the ability to act upon these trends will also be essential
Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a great advantage
Google AdWords Certified is a plus
Creative with excellent writing skills
Ideal candidate will e extremely organized and detail oriented

What you will do:

Authoring and implementing digital marketing strategies and campaigns for Siopaella across a number of digital marketing channels including Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Marketing and Affiliates Marketing
Publishing and updating content through the use of Content Management Systems
Managing and Organizing all Siopaella Social Media accounts and organic and paid strategies
Budget and Reporting: optimize monthly budgets and performance across all channels; track and report on KPIs. Creation of ad-hoc reports and Power Point Presentations
Executing successful marketing campaigns and activities from end to end, delivering agreed activities within approved budget and timeframe
Plan and execute the email newsletter plan for Siopaella, with the objective of driving engagement, retention and revenue across Buyers and Sellers.
Support the CEO in driving the development, ideation and strategic thinking of best-in-class marketing solutions and creative concepts. Ensure smooth & consistent execution of these solutions and campaigns across all markets
You will deliver a plan to drive initiatives that elevate the brand globally & locally, whilst working closely with local markets to solve challenges and bring these initiatives to life
You will be responsible for developing and executing our global and local marketing projects & brand initiatives, to build engaging campaigns & experiences for our customers and target audiences (across both buyers & sellers)
Deliver a playbook for all markets to ensure that events are executed consistently in line with the Siopaella brand guidelines
Research and identify strategic opportunities and alliances with a view to acquiring and converting new Buyers & Sellers, as well as solidifying brand positioning
Refine marketing campaign processes and dissemination; ensure fluid communication of marketing activity across the business
Drive innovation and creativity in the team when executing campaigns
Present ideas for and execute strategic initiatives that add awareness, buzz, customers, and sales
Source, manage and maintain close and mutually beneficial relationships with 3rd party vendors and agencies, develop KPI’s and implement seasonal planning sessions to communicate business objectives, marketing priorities and set overall direction
Collaborate with the team to identify new opportunities and perception gaps to tackle with brand projects and to drive brand equity & awareness globally
Create, develop & a newsletter roadmap & calendar
Drive the direction of segmentation, targeting, and reporting to inform the development of the Seller lifecycle program
Support the development and growth of a profitable database of Buyers & Sellers; ensuring that we always think about both types of customer
Help the business meet its revenue targets through proactive management of the email program
Develop an effective way to maintain constant visibility and transparency into the plans and progress of your team
Find creative solutions to help your team overcome roadblocks
You will build strong, healthy relationships within and across the teams
Drive analytics and reporting to identify opportunities and manage performance
Manage, lead and mentor your team, being responsible for their growth & development at Siopaella

Assistant Store Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join the Siopaella team. An award winning consignment business, our goal is to deliver the best customer service experience possible to all our amazing customers. We’re looking for an Assistant Manager who can consistently deliver the Siopaella brand experience to all clients whilst leading, inspiring and motivating the store team to deliver excellent client service.
Ideally you are:

Have a minimum of 5 years experience managing a retail fashion business
Passionate about ethical fashion and the resale industry
Love helping others while at the same time can make commercial decisions and use initiative to increase your store’s performance
Lead by example and assist the Manager when training, developing and managing performance
Ensure every client enjoys a fun, informed and indulgent experience in your store
Have excellent leadership skills and can lead and motivate a talented team to deliver excellent service
Can act flexibly and react to the changing priorities of the store - must be available between the hours of 10am to 7pm or 11am to 8pm plus weekends and Sundays
