 Luxury Retail Sales Associate - Full Time

Job Description

Requirements:

  • We are looking for a committed individual who is wanting to grow with our expanding company
  • Must be passionate about the vintage / resale industry and all things sustainable
  • Must have excellent customer service experience in either retail / beauty or hospitality and love helping customers
  • Must be good with numbers as you will be assisting with buying
  • Must be familiar with facebook, instagram, youtube, IGTV, Reels, and Pinterest
  • Must have excellent English writing skills
  • Extensive knowledge of major national and international fashion brands including luxury retailers
  • Interest in social media and photography
  • Bonus if you've worked at multi-brand organizations including Brown Thomas, Urban Outfitters, Arnotts and / or TK Maxx
  • Sincere love of working with people and providing the best customer service experience possible
  • Must be available Saturdays and Sundays

Responsibilities:

  • Styling customers and providing fashion advice and sales
  • Keeping up to date with key fashion trends
  • Keeping up to date and researching current high street and luxury store brands and respective prices
  • Researching national and international fashion brands carried by Siopaella to ensure correct advice and knowledge is passed to customers
  • Assisting in buying merchandise from customers / consignors both in store and at customers’ homes
  • Preparing stock items for the shop floor and tagging, cleaning, pricing and steaming merchandise as required
  • General sales and customer service duties as required
  • Assisting the Visual Merchandiser and Head Stylist that all store windows are professional and standards are being met
  • Assisting the social media team in shooting new stock arrivals, creating beautiful flat lays and imagery for the website, helping with the website
  • Assisting the social media team with facebook and instagram updates, uploading new stock on instagram stories, creating instagram posts

Junior Social Media / Digital Assistant - Full Time

Ireland’s fastest growing designer resale company is expanding and looking for new talent! If you love dynamic work environments, styling customers and love fashion, then we might have just the role for you:-)

Requirements:

  • We are looking for a committed individual who wants to grow with our consistently expanding company
  • Must be highly proficient with photography - ideally product photography as you will be taking high volume, detailed imagery - for example up to 50 products per day
  • Familiarity with image editing software, Adobe Lightroom etc desirable
  • Must be proficient with all social media platforms
  • Shopify or similar e-commerce platform experience is a bonus
  • Must be detail orientated with excellent written English skills
  • Customer service experience in either retail/beauty or hospitality beneficial 
  • Extensive knowledge of luxury fashion beneficial - bonus if you have worked at multi-brand organisations including Brown Thomas, Arnotts etc
  • Comfortable working with people and providing an excellent in-store customer service experience  - you will be expected to assist our shop-floor team as required
  • Must be available Saturdays and Sundays
  • Must LOVE dogs as we have two resident hounds
  • Please not this is an in-store position - remote working not possible at this time
  • Must have a creative eye and be capable of producing beautiful content to be shared on our website and social media channels

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Maintaining and streamlining website curation including product photography, image editing and copy creation
  • Social media monitoring & content creation
  • Assisting the digital team in photo shoot & video creation
  • Managing online logistics including stock deliveries & dispatch 
  • Maintaining & nurturing existing online client relationships 
  • Keeping up to date and researching luxury brands 
  • Preparing stock items for photography/shop floor as required - to include cleaning and presentation to the highest standards
  • Comfortable styling complete looks for social / website 
  • Comfortable assisting on the shop floor as required
  • Blogging / writing content for www.siopaella.com
