We ship nationwide (within the Republic of Ireland) with DHL Express couriers for a flat rate of €15 - Please note that certain items may incur a higher shipping rate for insurance purposes, please enquire for details. We offer free, insured shipping for any orders over €1,000 within the Republic of Ireland. We ship from Monday to Friday and your item will be sent on the day of purchase or the next working day, depending on the time of your purchase. Bear in mind that someone will need to be present at the delivery address to sign for the item.
For any international orders, please note :
- For high value items we may request an international bank transfer rather than Card / PayPal payment. Please contact us in advance of your purchase.
- Shipping will vary depending on where you live.
- Customs may impose fees and/or taxes on your purchase prior to delivery. To find out about customs fees, please contact your country’s local customs office. We are not responsible for any customs fees or taxes, and they are not included in our shipping fees.
- In light of Brexit, note that UK customers will be liable for UK VAT prior to delivery
- International shipping fees vary, depending on weight at destination.
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs.

E-mails with questions regarding authenticity, condition, design, etc. must be made before purchasing items online.
Siopaella will offer clients (within the European Union) not entirely happy with their purchase a refund, minus shipping charges. Unfortunately, clients based outside the European Union are not eligible for refunds.
Please note that shipping charges will be deducted from the refund, even if they were not initially charged for during the purchase. If you ordered a high value item which required extra insurance & processing charges (for example a €5000 handbag which required extra insurance of €25 when being shipped) you would receive a refund of €4750
*For items ordered before Christmas and eligible for return per the below conditions, please note that we will be closed from December 25th through January 2nd. Siopaella request that such items to be returned are not sent until January 2nd/3rd.
All the above is provided that all the following conditions are met:
-Siopaella was notified of the intent to return the item in writing via WhatsApp (089 6170937) Facebook/Instagram private message or via email to info@siopaella.com within 24 hours of receiving the item
-the item is returned to Siopaella (30 Wicklow Street, Dublin 2) within 14 days of purchase (note that Siopaella is not responsible for return shipping charges)
-the returned item is unworn / unused and the returned item has its original tags attached
-the returned item is in the original condition when it was purchased/shipped
-the returned item has the original receipt included with the return
-the returned item does not have cigarette smoke or perfume odour / cooking smells
Please note that it is up to the customer to pay for any return shipping costs. If a returned item is misplaced in the post, it is up to the customer to investigate the matter with the postal or courier service that they have used. We are sorry, but we do not offer refunds on shipping.
Please also note that once an items has been returned your refund can take up to 10 business days to be processed - this is in accordance with our Payment Gateway partners and is beyond Siopaella's control.
International orders outside the European Union are FINAL - goods cannot be returned or exchanged.
In-Store Purchases
All in-store sales are FINAL so please ensure you are completely satisfied with your choice BEFORE purchasing/leaving the store.
Your item(s) are wrapped and prepared for shipping. If your order has been placed before 12pm your items will be dispatched that day, orders after 12pm will be dispatched the following day. You can check on the status of your account by creating an account when purchasing.
