E-mails with questions regarding authenticity, condition, design, etc. must be made before purchasing items online.
Siopaella will offer clients not entirely happy with their purchase a refund, minus shipping charges.
Please note that shipping charges will be deducted from the refund, even if they were not initially charged for during the purchase. For example, if you ordered an item for €299 and received free shipping, your refund would be €293.01 after shipping charges of €5.99 were deducted. If you ordered a high value item which required extra insurance & processing charges (for example a €1,995.00 handbag which required extra insurance of €25 when being shipped), you would receive a refund of €1,970.00.
All the above is provided that all the following conditions are met:
-Siopaella was notified of the intent to return the item in writing via Facebook private message or via email to email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the item
-the item is returned to Siopaella, 25 Temple Lane South, Temple Bar, Dublin 2 Ireland within 14 days of purchase (note that Siopaella is not responsible for return shipping charges)
-the returned item is unworn / unused -the returned item has its original tags attached
-the returned item is in the original condition when it was purchased/shipped
-the returned item has the original receipt included with the return
-the returned item does not have cigarette smoke or perfume odor / cooking smells
Please note that it is up to the customer to pay for any return shipping costs. If a returned item is misplaced in the post, it is up to the customer to investigate the matter with the postal or courier service that they have used. We are sorry, but we do not offer refunds on shipping.
Please also note that once an items has been returned your refund can take up to 10 business days to be processed - this is in accordance with our Payment Gateway partners and is beyond Siopaella's control.
International orders outside the European Union are FINAL - goods cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please note that items purchased on our Layaway/Deposit scheme are non refundable as agreed upon purchase.
In-Store Purchases and In-store customer pickups
All in-store sales are FINAL so please ensure you are completely satisfied with your choice BEFORE purchasing/leaving the store. Where in-store customer pickups from online sales are arranged, please bear the following into account before purchasing:
- in-store pickups must be collected within 48 hours of purchase
- when calling to pickup your purchase, please ensure you are completely satisfied with your choice before leaving the store as sales are FINAL once you have left the store
- if a 3rd party is appointed by the purchaser to pickup on-line purchases in-store, this will be classed as a FINAL sale once said 3rd party leaves the store.
