Here at Siopaella we offer a full disclosure policy and have a hierarchy of standards in place when listing each item for sale. We accurately describe each item and its condition individually and with a fine tooth comb. The pictures shown are of the actual item that is listed. If you require more information do not hesitate to contact us and a member of our team will be happy to help.

Standards of Condition

Pristine: Brand new never used. Items show no signs of being worn and tags are attached.

Excellent: Tags are not attached but Items are in perfect condition. Items show only faint signs of gentle wear, such as light scuffs to surface.

Very Good: Light to moderate visible signs of use. Items may have slightly worn corners, minor scuffs or tarnishing to hardware, lightening to fabric, or small stains and snags. Shoes may have scuffing to soles.

Good: Items show more prominent wear such as noticeable discoloration, stains and snags to fabric. May have worn corners and handles, tarnishing to hardware and creasing to leather. Pen or make up marks may be visible in the interior of the bag.

Fair: Very prominent wear, may have holes on corners, severe scuffs, piping of bag showing and pen marks to exterior. Interior may have pen or make up marks.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We ship nationwide (within the Republic of Ireland) with DHL Express couriers for a flat rate of €12 - Please note that certain items may incur a higher shipping rate for insurance purposes, please enquire for details. We offer free shipping for any orders over €500 within the Republic of Ireland. We ship from Monday to Friday and your item will be sent on the day of purchase or the next working day, depending on the time of your purchase. Bear in mind that someone will need to be present at the delivery address to sign for the item.

For any international orders, please note :

- For high value items we may request an international bank transfer rather than Card / PayPal payment. Please contact us in advance of your purchase.

Siopaella will offer clients (within the European Union) not entirely happy with their purchase a refund, minus shipping charges. Unfortunately, clients based outside the European Union are not eligible for refunds.

Please note that shipping charges will be deducted from the refund, even if they were not initially charged for during the purchase. If you ordered a high value item which required extra insurance & processing charges (for example a €5000 handbag which required extra insurance of €25 when being shipped) you would receive a refund of €4750
